Joe D’Olimpio

Joe joined FirstPRO’s Accounting and Finance division in August of 2020 as a Business Development Manager with a continued mission of building the contract and contract to hire business while also dedicating an equal effort towards recruiting for both contract and direct-hire verticals.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bridgewater State University, Joe found early success over the first 4 years of his career with a National search firm, before joining the team at firstPRO. Joe’s empathetic presence along with his fully-transparent approach are just a couple of the invaluable qualities he brings to each candidate and client experience.

Born and raised on Cape Cod it is of no surprise that Joe enjoys spending his weekends either on the golf course or the beach and now a resident of Boston’s North End for 4+ years, he is your guy for Italian restaurant recommendations- salute!
