firstPRO’s client, a leading healthcare organization in central New Jersey is looking for Windows Desktop Support Specialist to join their team. You will assist with managing all corporate desktops, mobile devices, servers, and applications. You will also support the desktop environment of Windows 10, 11, iOS and other systems.

Requirements:

• Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Active Directory user account administration
• Desktop engineering, application packaging and deployment via SCCM, and OS deployment via SCCM
• Dell desktop and laptop hardware
• iOS Mobile Devices integrated with Mobile Iron or an MDM
• Microsoft Office
• Supporting desktop applications
• Supporting AV equipment and rooms
