Salesforce Developer
firstPRO is seeking a Salesforce Developer/ Administrator for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing company in downtown Philadelphia, PA. Recognized on the INC 5000 list for the 8th consecutive year, this company offers a professional work environment and provides exceptional service to its customers. The Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in implementing Salesforce objectives within the IT department, offering creativity and autonomy to design CRM structures and workflows. Compensation is up to $60/hr., based on experience.
Responsibilities:

- Develop customized CRM solutions using the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, produce functional analyses, and facilitate user workshops.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, business analysts, users, and developers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain a well-controlled Salesforce environment, including defining standards and managing interfaces with custom middleware.
- Monitor Salesforce platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
- Research, analyze, and diagnose Salesforce problems and data issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Update documentation accurately and promptly, communicating changes to team members as necessary.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training on system changes and enhancements.
- Manage special projects and assignments as directed by management.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology preferred.
- 3 to 5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce developer.
- Proficiency with the Salesforce IDE, including tools like Flow and VisualForce.
- Familiarity with the Lightning framework.
- Ability to multitask and solve complex problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A willingness to provide off-hours production support as needed.
- Availability to be onsite in downtown Philadelphia 1-2 days per week as part of a hybrid work environment.
