Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing systems solutions to support our global business operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing manufacturing business systems, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the Applications team and business application users, effectively communicating requirements and collaborating on solution design.
  • Support global business process improvement initiatives by configuring, testing, and implementing enhancements to our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, including Oracle’s E-Business Suite, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions that align with business objectives, considering factors such as scalability, security, and usability.
  • Lead or participate in the implementation of new systems or system enhancements, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, user manuals, and training materials, to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, acting as a subject matter expert and assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in system analysis and design, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or significant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5-10+ years of concentration in a business systems analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), Salesforce CRM, and supporting applications.
  • Proficiency in system analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Initiative-driven with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
