• Compensation: Up to $23.00/hour with weekly compensation and benefits offered

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving Deliveries: Manage the receipt of IT hardware products, ranging from one to six pallets per day, including various carts from the mailroom.
• Sorting Deliveries: Assist in sorting deliveries, distinguishing between new hardware and user equipment shipped in for maintenance and repair.
• Outgoing Shipments: Coordinate the movement of outgoing products to the mailroom or dock for pickup.
• Tracking and Record-Keeping: Utilize multiple tracking platforms, including Eracent for asset tracking and Footprints for tickets and requests, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. These processes impact asset tracking, cost tracking, accounting, and more.
• Order Processing: Process all orders for local and international users (US, Canada, Mexico), managing approximately 70 orders per day to ensure timely shipping.
• Configuration Staging: Prepare and stage products for configuration by Desktop Services technicians, including moving desktop PCs, iPads, tablets, and creating 'kits' for laptops with relevant accessories.
• Direct Shipment Orders: Package and ship orders that do not require additional configuration (monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, etc.), including addressing and entering them into UPS.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the existing Shop Admin in charge of the warehouse, coordinating daily efforts to ensure smooth operations.
• Adaptability: Be adaptable and responsive to changes in workload, managing priorities as they shift throughout the day.

• Experience with asset tracking systems, preferably Eracent and Footprints.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical ability to move and handle IT hardware products.
