Patrick Atton

Patrick joined firstPRO in March of 2024 as a Sr. Business Development Manager on the Accounting & Finance team specializing in contract staffing. A driven individual who works hard to identify and develop relationships with his clients to become a trusted business partner providing support when contract help is needed.

For 6+ years before firstPRO, Patrick enjoyed success working with a National search firm and brings with him experience of building out contract accounting & finance verticals in numerous markets. Additionally, Pat worked as a Staff Accountant for 3 years prior to joining the staffing industry handling the same responsibilities he works to help companies find candidates for giving him a unique level of expertise when supporting his clients as a staffing partner. His ability to communicate effectively with teammates as well as his clients leads to trusted partnerships that help to benefit everyone involved.

Pat graduated with a degree in Sports Management from Elms College in Chicopee, MA. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter as well as playing golf, basketball, football & trivia.
