• System Enhancement: Work closely with stakeholders and development partners to design, develop, and maintain robust solutions that align with business needs.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct performance reviews, set quality standards, and ensure all deliverables meet the end-user requirements.
• Consultative Collaboration: Engage with process owners to review, interpret, and develop systems in accordance with business requirements, resolving any issues or roadblocks that arise.
• Technical Oversight: Provide direction on the use of core technologies and ensure that all development follows best practices and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience in software development.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience with core technologies (e.g., APEX, Lightning Aura Components, Java, WebSphere, Database, ETL).
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in application architecture and system integration within multi-tiered environments.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple IT projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Salesforce Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development tools and frameworks, including Lightning, APEX, Visual Force, SOAP/REST APIs, and SOQL.
  • Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in distributed database environments, enterprise technologies, and integration patterns.
