Olivia has over two years of recruiting experience and graduated from West Chester University in 2020 with a BA in Communications. Prior to joining firstPRO in September 2023, Olivia started her professional career in the staffing industry as a Sales Coordinator, quickly moving into a recruiting role where she excels in meeting new people and creating long-term connections with them.

Olivia is originally from Lancaster, PA and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and rescue dog, Maple.
