Yelena Sinyak

Yelena joined firstPRO in 2009 as a Vice President/Team Lead and has been consistently ranked as a top performer. With over 19 years of expertise in Accounting and Finance recruiting, her enthusiasm and understanding of the industry has helped her truly partner with her candidates and clients to build successful long-term relationships.

After graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University, Yelena was hired by Kimberly-Clark as a Cost Analyst. She spent two and a half years in this role which is where she built her strong foundation in Accounting and Finance. At that time, Yelena went to Kforce to find a new position, and they were so impressed with her that they recruited her to work internally for them. She spent eight and a half years there where she qualified for three Performance Incentive Trips, which are only given to the top performers against their peer groups. Her most recent role was as a Market Manager where she recruited and managed a team of full-desk recruiters.
