Title: Buyer – Entry Level

Role: Permanent Role / Direct Hire, includes benefits and PTO

Location: Langhorne, PA

Hours: Standard M-F Hours

Salary: $45k-$55k

***This role will be onsite 5 days a week, vaccination policy in place as of 1/3/2022. 

Role reports to the Purchasing Manager and handles direct and indirect purchasing.

Responsibilities

– Assist purchasing team with managing and placing supplier orders

– Answer calls and inquiries made to the purchasing department

– Utilize reporting system for all tracking & reporting

– Help with oversight of the materials and inventory management

– Oversee orders and coordinate deliveries

Experience

– Highschool or equivalent minimum, preference on a college level supply chain degree

– 2+ years of purchasing experience or internship experience

– Previous experience working for a manufacturing company required

– Computer skills including Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, and Excel

– Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

– Ability to sit for long periods of time, in an office setting

– Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
