Experience: 
·5 years of professional experience.
·Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a deep understanding of identity access management principles, technologies and IAM tools are fundamental to this position.
·Knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions.
·Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow and Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) products preferred.
·Understands the Epic software security structures, including user profiles, roles, and security classes.
·Must possess solid interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
·Experience with ServiceNow preferred.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field strongly preferred.
