Data Governance Consultant
firstPRO is seeking a qualified Data Governance Consultant for an organization based out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone with at least 10 years’ experience in PC Builds, Deployment, and peripherals.
Job Details:
- Weekly Compensation with benefits offered (Health, Dental, Vision)
- Type: Contract
- 100% Remote
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business, technology, and cross-functions to develop understanding of data requirements, Data Quality, challenges, and pain points.
- Drive enterprise-wide data management. maturity assessment, document the current state, and create Data Dictionary
- Develop enterprise data operating model across people, process, technology, and governance.
- Shape data strategy roadmap that leads to value realization, including investment plan and business case
- Lead independently engagements or stream of work end-to-end across all delivery components: client satisfaction, value delivered, teams management, financials, etc.
- Identify and nurture pull-through business opportunities, support business development effort with client and teams until successful sale closure.
- Collaborate with customers to align their business and technology priorities.
- Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insights, knowledge.
- Interaction with senior leadership at our customer to steer recommendations and obtain buy-in on matters that may require alternate approach.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Consultative experience with Data Governance
- Financial Services experience
- Experience with Data Quality, Data Processes and building Data Dictionary
