Program Manager
firstPRO is seeking a Program Manager to be a key player on the planning team, focusing on future planning for connected vehicles and alliances with other companies. This role involves managing the program, overseeing planning, product development, and operations, including telematics and EV projects. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity that requires an onsite presence three days per week in Camden, NJ. Compensation for this role is up to $60/hr., based on experience.
Responsibilities:

- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and lead projects such as Proof of Concepts and research initiatives.
- Develop and tailor presentations for various audience members.
- Capture requirements and develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for IT development, leading projects through completion.
- Manage partner Change Request Processes and assist in initiating and implementing new processes.
- Coordinate status meetings, capture, and submit minutes, and maintain issue logs.
- Facilitate evaluation and launch events, along with developing Knowledge Transfer Documents for Operations and Production Support.
- Support marketing and training material development, including owner's manuals, disclaimers, FAQs, and videos.
- Coordinate customer communications and assist in problem-solving and issue investigations.
Requirements:

- Strong background in Program Management and Project Coordination.
- Ability to write Business Requirements for IT and tailor presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in project management tools like Monday.com and Jira.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and high performer.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with telecommunication technologies and automotive industry practices is a plus.
