Our client, a growing manufacturing organization in Philadelphia is seeking a hands-on IT Systems Analyst to join their team. This role will be a mixture of Business Analysis and IT Systems Analysis. This person must have experience in sales lifecycle processes and extensive experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience set of applications. This role is hybrid with 3 days on site.

• Leverages in-depth knowledge of sales processes and lifecycle.
• Demonstrates proficiency in lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer relationship management.
• Collaborates closely with sales teams to enhance system capabilities.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proficiency:
• Possesses extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (formerly known as Dynamics CRM).
• Configures, customizes, and optimizes the platform to align with business needs.
• Provides insights on best practices and recommends enhancements.
• Expertise with Microsoft 365 SharePoint and the Power Platform.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Understanding of web services, APIs, and integration/testing considerations with web applications.
• Advanced PC skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
