Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
- Analyze and document current business processes and systems, creating detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Utilize Salesforce features to configure and customize solutions, working closely with developers when necessary.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on new or updated Salesforce features, driving further adoption of the platform.
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business requirements, identifying and resolving any issues or bugs.
- Implement and oversee data migration and integration strategies as needed, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of the business, analyzing data trends to provide insights for process improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and other analysts, collaborating with external vendors or consultants when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with best practices in data management and security within Salesforce.
