Oracle Utilities Systems Analyst
This role involves administering, developing, and implementing strategies to maintain the integrity and efficiency of business applications. You'll assess current systems, recommend improvements, and apply enhancements or patches. Your responsibilities include resolving configuration, performance, capacity, and other system-related challenges. You'll also plan, recommend, and execute projects that optimize business processes and elevate the overall IT infrastructure. Additionally, you'll tackle complex issues, offering and implementing innovative solutions to meet reporting and operational requirements.

- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems, including Oracle Utilities systems.
- Strategically plan and develop the application roadmap, project timelines, and annual budget.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
- Mitigate and manage departmental risks effectively.
Required Experience:
- Comprehensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing business applications throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborative experience in executing complex initiatives alongside team members.
- Strong track record in ensuring compliance with business requirements, licensing agreements, and organizational policies.
- Functional consulting expertise, particularly in integrating technology with business processes.
Education & Technical Proficiencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in Oracle Customer Care & Billing system administration.
- Solid understanding of Linux, Windows OS, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
