Enterprise Solutions Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team and collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable software solutions. This role will focus on translating complex business requirements into software solutions, utilizing Domain Driven Design (DDD) patterns to ensure software architecture aligns with the business domain. As a Portfolio Architect, you will work closely with product teams and ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture standards and best practices, guiding various teams including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, and Platform teams in architecture decisions.

- Lead collaboration efforts with Product Teams and Architects to design and develop scalable, maintainable, and extensible software systems that meet evolving organizational needs.
- Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to drive consensus and ensure a shared understanding of detailed requirements alongside technical delivery.
- Document current-state architecture and develop future-state portfolio architecture that connects multiple solution architectures across the organization.
- Perform assessments on existing solutions and identify gaps in relation to current architectural standards.
- Coordinate multi-system solutions, ensuring that interdependencies between systems are clarified for seamless customer experiences.
- Provide leadership in defining and implementing strategies and roadmaps that align with the overall IT Enterprise Architecture vision.
- Drive discussions on emerging capabilities and propose modernization strategies for business-enabling technologies.
- Establish and maintain technology lifecycle management standards and best practices.
- Participate in additional projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT fields. Candidates with significant proven experience will also be considered.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications in relevant architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Archimate, Cloud Architect Certifications).
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in architecting complex IT solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience in architecture practice.
- Expertise in designing high-level solutions for business applications and enterprise systems, following established patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling tools (e.g., Archimate, LeanIX).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of directory services (AD, LDAP), IAM, and federation concepts (SAML, OAUTH, OIDC).
- Proficiency in API-first and event-driven architectures (e.g., Apigee, Kafka).
- Experience with Order To Cash, Supply Chain, and Transportation processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Conflict resolution, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required and the ability to work at designated locations, in accordance with the position's requirements.
