Bill O’Neil

Bill O’Neil joined FirstPRO in early 2019, after spending 20 years as a principal consultant for one of New England’s largest recruiting firms. During that time, Bill built a successful permanent placement business by bridging some of Greater Boston’s most talented Accounting and Finance professionals into competitive roles across the market. Over the last two decades, Bill has collaborated with hundreds of clients to streamline their strategic hiring needs. He consistently leverages his well-established network to produce the kind of talent that becomes pivotal to the growth of the organization. And he shares that same spark of intuition in his work at FirstPRO.

A native of Massachusetts, Bill grew up near Boston before receiving his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, traveling, playing golf and is an avid fan of all Boston professional sports teams. Bill is also a proud 6 year veteran of the Army National Guard.
