Brian Willhide

With nearly seven years of staffing industry experience along with multiple years of previous recruiting experience in collegiate athletics, Brian has worked in multiple spaces within talent acquisition.

Prior to firstPRO, Brian began within staffing in 2015 as a Junior Recruiter and by 2020 had been promoted to managing the very same Talent Acquisition department he began with just five years earlier. There he successfully placed hundreds of professionals in multiple verticals, including Accounting & Finance, Business Professional, Information Technology, among others.

Brian draws from a well-established and deeply rooted network of candidates and brings a combination of outstanding leadership/mentoring skills along with industry knowledge to help the continued growth of firstPRO’ s Accounting & Finance brand. He is passionate and committed to the staffing industry and loves connecting top talent with tremendous clients in the greater Boston area as well as nationally.

Originally from southern Maryland and a graduate of Salisbury University on the state’s Eastern Shore, Brian and his wife moved to the New England area in 2020 with excitement about raising their two children in beautiful New England. Outside of work, Brian enjoys exercising, spending time with family, and following just about any kind of sports/athletics considering his background as a Division 3 student-athlete and football coach.
